We love talking about how great our range of car ramps are, but sometimes you just need to see something to believe it. We recently showcased some impressive footage of our car ramps in action at Greenside Cars, and now we’re pleased to be able to include even more fancy images of our ramps doing what they do best.
While we wish our car ramps were always the star of the show, it’s the cars that really steal the limelight. James Henderson, owner of Greenside Cars, recently showed us just three of the cars in his care. All of these classic models have been lovingly restored to their former glory and are admired by car enthusiasts everywhere.
Whether cared for by private owners or showcased at events all over the country and even the world, transporting and generally looking after these cars is no small task. Both classic and modern sports cars typically have extremely low profiles. This means they ride low to the ground, and can subsequently have problems driving up steps, kerbs and even certain inclines that other cars wouldn’t have a problem with. These obstacles can be extremely damaging to these expensive cars.
This can make loading these cars into containers and transporting to areas that might not be classic car friendly a problem. Even private owners can come unstuck, with some driveways present a kerb or incline, and many owners opting to showcase their cars in a special garage or room.
Our range of TP40 Series Car Ramps is a surprisingly easy solution to all of these classic car problems. Available in a wide range of lengths, they are perfect for relatively small heights up to 600mm. We can even work with you to build some custom car ramps, ideal for any special events or show that may require specific heights to get your car onto a platform or stage.
While the wide selection of load heights makes these ramps suitable for any classic car requirement, it’s their simplicity and ease of use that makes them such a winner for classic car enthusiasts. Made from lightweight aluminium and just 40mm thick, these ramps are perfect for transportation and storage. They’re also quick and easy to set up and use with the simple rest on connection. This a big plus for anyone with a low-slung car that may need regular transportation or parking.
Of course, this doesn’t detract from the durability or versatility of the ramps. Aside from the rest on connection, you’ll find four other connection options available and suitable for almost any situation. Plus, their fully TUV certified and like all our products they are produced to highest possible quality.
