April 2016 The Ramp People exhibited at the Commercial Vehilce Show 2016, which was without a doubt the largest Road Transport and Logistics event in Britain. Among hundreds of other exhibitors, we were hot on our toes for 3 days.

The CV Show is the best attended, largest and the most comprehensive road transport and logistics event held in Britain, providing commercial vehicle operators with far greater choice than any other exhibition serving the sector. The Show attracts close to 20,000 business visitors and its central location at the NEC Birmingham, ensures a truly nationwide attendance. For operators it is the annual meeting place and if you intend to do business in this industry the CV Show is where you should be seen. More information can be found here.

This show gave us a great opportunity to show case our new Heavy Duty Folding Van Ramp, which is very different to others on the market. We have found this ramp on our Road Trip in Italy.

Who knew a ramp could draw so much attention? With the van ramp set up on a stand, we were able to demonstrate just how special it is.  The install itself takes less than 15 minutes and it can be taken down in less than 60 seconds! All thanks to our new quick release handles. Not only are we saving customers time, but we can save them expensive labor costs because it is so simple to install. And for Vehicle Converters, well we’ve just made your life a lot easier.  With up to 1000kg capacity it is certainly durable. Equipped with an hydraulic arm means anyone can use it safely and efficiently – one less Health & Safety risk to worry about.

We had a brilliant time exhibiting and meeting people from so many areas of the industry. Soon this new heavy duty ramp will be also available in our shop.

Keep your eyes open for more information in our news but if you are in need of a ramp give our sales team a call today!
