How to return your item

As the customers, you are responsible for arranging the return of any items to us. The foam ramps combine an extremely lightweight design with a rigid structure, making them particularly suitable for users with limited strength, as well as carers, family members and staff who need to move the ramp.

Should I choose a Rubber Threshold Ramp or Ultra-Lightweight Threshold Ramps?

Ultra-Lightweight Threshold Ramps are ideal where the ramp needs to be regularly lifted and moved, such as on shared pathways or public pavements where it cannot be left in place. Due to their lightweight design, they are not recommended for exposed areas where strong winds could move the ramp. Rubber Threshold Ramps are heavier, weather-resistant and designed to remain in position. With a 1000kg load capacity, the rubber ramps are also suitable for areas where cars or other vehicles may pass over.

Can the Ultra-Lightweight Threshold Ramps be adjusted in size?

The threshold ramps are built to a specific size; we do not recommend altering the ramps can it can affect their gradient and in turn, suitability.
