Collection Process
Step 1 - Place your order either online or via phone with The Ramp People
Step 2 - Inform us that you'd like to collect your order from our UK warehouse and your preferred date and time
step 3 - Travel to our warehouse
step 4 - On arrival ring our collection doorbell
step 5 - Provide us with your order number and proof of ID
step 6 - Wait in your vehicle for the goods to be brought to your vehicle, assistance will be provided to aid the loading of your product(s)
*Please note that we don't have a showroom or product viewing facilities. This service is strictly for order collections
