2023 Review
Like all years 2023 has been a busy year for The Ramp People! From moving to a bigger warehouses to introducing new products we have worked hard to continue to provide ramp solutions for all your requirements! Below we have noted some of our favourite moments!
Moving Warehouse
Having outgrown our warehouse in Esher, Surrey, we moved in the summer to a new warehouse in leafy Church Crookham, Fleet.
New Team Members
In 2023 we had 3 new members join our team who have proven to be a great credit to The Ramp People! Jem and Megan joined the Customer Service team whilst Brian joined our Warehouse Team.
New Products
Within 2023 we introduced a number of new wheelchair ramps including our RollAble ramps and portable wheelchair ramp with anti-slip surface. We also introduced channel ramps which are suitable for electric wheelchairs and scooters due to their low profile edges. Our cable protector range was extended with our modular hose bridge ramps and black outdoor cable protectors.
We also extended our pet ramp range, introducing our lightweight folding dog ramp, dog steps for cars and out adjustable wooden dog ramp for beds and sofas. Of course we loved managing the photoshoot and videos for this product range and got to meet several lovely dog models!
Extending Product Ranges
The Ramp People's wheelchair ramp with handrails has proven to be a very popular access ramp solution. In 2023 we extended the range to include a 4ft, 5ft and 10ft option. The disabled ramps are quick and easy to install and can be left in place.
Increasing the number of ramps available on Amazon Prime
We understand many customers value Amazon Prime, throughout 2023 we have increased the number of products we offer through Amazon Prime, all are available to view on our Amazon store. Our range of ramps on Amazon Prime including many of our motorbike ramps, rubber threshold ramps and folding wheelchair ramps.
Maintained our 'Excellent' Rating
In 2023 we received over 1,000 5* reviews on TrustPilot (inclusive of service and product reviews)! Our eBay store also received 800 positive ratings (99.6% positive feedback).
We also passed our annual ISO 9001 audit for our quality management system and received our Trading Standards Approved certificate.
