In 2024, The Ramp People began listing on DIY.com, B&Q’s online marketplace. Since then, the marketplace has continued to grow in popularity, and DIY.com has expanded its services to include the highly convenient Click & Collect option.

We’re delighted to announce that, as a verified seller, an extensive range of The Ramp People’s products is now available to purchase via Click & Collect on DIY.com. This means you can order online and collect your items from your local B&Q store at a time that suits you.
On our own website, all products are supplied with free delivery as standard for customers in mainland UK. However, we understand that delivery isn’t always the most convenient option, you may not be at home to receive your order, or you may simply welcome an excuse to pop to the shops. That’s why we’re committed to offering as many flexible purchasing options as possible, allowing you to receive your products in the way that works best for you.
Which products are available to click & collect?
A wide selection of our products is available via Click & Collect on DIY.com, including items from our range of floor cable protectors, parking bollards, rollators, half steps, wheel chocks and wheelchair ramps.
Please note that DIY.com currently has limitations on the product sizes eligible for in‑store Click & Collect. As a result, not all of our products are available through this service at present.
How do I find The Ramp People's products on DIY.com?
To find our products on B&Q / DIY.com, which has over 300 UK stores, simply head to the B&Q website and search for our products on their website. To find items which are available to click and collect, simply filter the delivery options to select 'Next day Click + Collect'.
How Click & Collect Works
Ordering your items via Click & Collect is simple:
- When you proceed to checkout on DIY.com, select your preferred B&Q store for collection.
- Click & Collect is completely free of charge.
- Once payment has been made, we ship your item directly to the chosen store.
- You’ll receive a text message or email from B&Q when your order is ready to collect. You have 7 days to collect the item from the store.
Orders placed before 12pm on a working day will be due for delivery to store on the next working day.
Delivery Options to Suit You
On our website, The Ramp People, all products are supplied with free delivery as standard for those in mainland UK. We also offer the option to upgrade to a next working day service or Saturday delivery service where preferred.
When purchasing our products on eBay.co.uk, smaller items are available to click and collect from your local Royal Mail click and collect point.
