Parking Bollards and Security Posts are a popular choice for those seeking to restrict vehicle access to driveways, car parks and pedestrianised zones. In addition to restricting vehicle access, they are commonly used to enhance security by preventing unauthorised vehicle access an area or protect vehicles which are already parked in a parking bay. As vehicle crime increases, many utilise the steel bollards to act as a further deterant to car thieves.

Folding parking bollards are a popular, affordable choice for those living in built up areas with a designated parking space where parking is often limited and, in turn, unauthorised vehicles often park in allocated bays. We offer a range of foldable driveway security posts in a variety of colours to meet your requirements. All are provided with fixings for ease of installation and keys to allow the security post to easily be locked into position. 

Telescopic bollards and removeable bollards are often seen in retail parks, outside businesses and commercial premises. With the bollard stored underground, they offer a hidden, aesthetically pleasing design whilst being available to be put in place when required, for example, the business is closed or to restrict access to loading bays. They are also often used in areas which, in certain times are pedestrian-only zones, for example streets which are pedestriansed on weekends or when events occur, such as markets. The security posts restrict vehicle access to enhance security and road safety. For those seeking to prevent vehicle access at all time, fixed security bollards are available. 

Driveway Security Posts 

For those seeking a security post for their driveway, our surface mounted foldable parking bollards are the most popular choice. Designed to be easy to install, the security posts are provdied with pre-drilled fixing points and fixings for tarmac and concrete. We do of course recommend seeking the landowners permission prior to installation. The posts are available in silver, yellow or silver with a red stripe for high visibility. Simply lift the security post into position and lock in place with the key provided to secure into place. These are commonly used on driveways and parking bays to either prevent other vehicles parking in your allocated parking space or they can be locked into position when you are parked to act as a deterrent to vehicle thieves. Produced from steel, the range are highly durable and weather-resistant. If your car has low clearance, we recommend checking the folded height to ensure your car can safely pass over this. For cars with low clearance, the telescopic options may be preferable. 

Telescopic Security Bollards 

Perfect for those seeking a security post which can simply be lifted into position when required, we offer a silver Telescopic Bollard or a highly visbile black and yellow Telescopic Bollard. Telescopic bollards are a popular choice for those seeking a durable, strong bollard used at retail parks and commercial premises. They are also often used in areas where vehicle traffic is sometimes retricted, for example due to pedestrianised zones at certain times of the day. The bollards can simply be pulled up into place when required. Due to the design, when they are not in use they are hidden below the surface of the ground so do not impact the scenery. The retractable telescopic bollard has an anti-slip surface making it perfect for pedestrian areeas. For those with low clearance cars, they are a popular choice as, when stored, they are almost flush with the ground. They can of course also be used on driveways.

The steel telescopic security bollards require more installation than the folding solutions, it is recommended for a professional, such as a builder, to install these for you as ground works are required as the base of the driveway bollards are located underground. You will of course need to check for any underground wiring or pipes prior to commencing works. They are often seen as a stronger more permanent security solution than folding bollards.  

Fixed Security Post 

We offer yellow fixed security bollards designed to restrict vehicle access to certain areas. Security posts are often used at the end of parking bays or placed on pavements to protect pedestrians and surrounding structures and alert vehicles to when they are approaching the end of the parking bay. Designed for easy installation, the posts are provided with pre-drilled fixing posts and fixings. Our solutions include an option with chain hooks to allow you to secure off an area when required, for example, if you wish to also restrict pedestrian access.  

For additional protection, you may wish to explore our range of rubber wheel stops which are perfect for alerting users to when they are approaching the end of a parking bay and protecting surrounding structures such as EV charging points and walls.
