We are offering our customers 2 different extended payment options through Mondu:

1. Pay later by invoice - Pay by invoice in 30 days via bank transfer with no fees and no minimum order value 
2. Pay later by instalments - Pay instalments monthly vs bank transfer over 3, 6 and 12 months depending on the value of your order.

Both options are displayed on the payment page of our checkout.

Please note: Pay Later by instalments has a £150 minium order value

1, Navigate our website to find the product that's right for your needs.

2, Add your chosen product to the basket.

3, Proceed to the checkout and check that you have added the correct product.

4, Continue to the address information page and populate your information.

4.1, at this point you can choose to create and account, you will also have the option to create an account after you complete your purchase.

5, Click on the 'Next >' button once you have completed and checked your delivery information

6, Choose your Mondu payment option either, pay in 30 days by invoice or pay in instalments over 3, 6 or 12 months.

6.1, The value of your order may dictate the length of time/instalments you can split your purchase over. Minimum purchase amount £150 and 3 x £50 instalments.

7, Once you have selected your Mondu payment option click the 'Place order and pay' button. This will redirect you to the Mondu payment portal which will take a couple of seconds.

8, Once you are in the Mondu portal you will be required to add some additional company information. You can add this information by clicking on the 'Add missing details' button. You will then be able to search for your company by either - Company name or Company number.

9, If you choose to pay via instalments, you will also need to provide Mondu with your Company VAT number.

10, Once you have added your company information and in the case of instalments selected your instalment plan, simply click the 'Pay with mondu' button.

11, It will take a few seconds for your order to be processed and the 'Purchase successful screen to be displayed. If your order wasn't successful which could be for a number of reasons you will be informed at this point.

12, Mondu will then contact you via email when either your invoice is due for payment or an instalment is due. You can find the mondu payment details on your invoice.

13, You can then choose to set up a account in the Mondu Buyers Portal which will enable you to manage your payments and access benefits more easily.

14, If you choose not to set up a Buyers Portal account at this point, you will be redirected to the Ramp factory website where you can choose to create an account with us.

How does Mondu work?

Once you select the Mondu payment method for your purchase at the payment stage of the checkout, you will be directed to the Mondu payment page. Where you will fill out the relevant business information required.

Am I eligible for the Mondu payment Option?

As long as you are a Business with a company registration number, Mondu is a viable payment option. 

Why was I declined for my chosen Mondu payment option

There can be several reasons why your Mondu payment was declined, for example:

• You may have outstanding invocies with Mondu that have exceeded the payment deadline
• Mondu were unable to identify your company with the information provided
• The mandatory credit check was unsuccessful

Am I able to pay before the due date?

Yes, of course. You can pay the invoice at any time within the payment deadline. You will receive confirmation as soon as the payment is received for the payment, this usually takes 1 to 3 working days).

What do I need to provide when making a purchase?

I couldn't be simpler! The only piece if information required for Mondu to check you are eligible for the payment option(s) is the following -

• Company registration number
• Company name and Registered Address
• Company email

If you want to use the pay in instalments option, you are also required to provide the above plus your VAT number.

What payment options are available via Mondu?

We offer two different payment options through Mondu 

1. Pay later by invoice - Pay by invoice in 30 days via bank transfer
2. Pay later with Instalments - Pay instalments monthly via bank transfer

If you choose the pay by instalments option there is small service fee, the amount depends on the length of your instalment plan.

• 3 months - 0.28%
• 6 months - 0.55% 
• 12 months - 1.1% 

Is there a minimum order value for Mondu?

If you choose the 30 day invoice payment option this is no minimum order value to use Mondu. If you require the pay by instalmants option there is a minimum instalment amount of £50, see below examples -

1. Order value = £100, 3, 6 and 12 instalments option unavailable due to insufficient order amount.
2. Order value = £234, 3 x monthly instalments of £78.21. 6 and 12 months unavailable due to insufficient order amount.
3. Order value = £468, 3 x monthly instalments of £156.43, 6 x £78.43. 12 months unavailable due to insufficient order amount.
4. Order value = £702, 3 x monthly instalments of £234.64, 6 x £117.64, 12 x £59.14
