This two-part folding drive-in ramp allows users to easily go up and over the threshold and is provided with adjustable feet to allow you to adjust the ramp to heights up to 150mm/5.9 inches.

When not in use, the fold-up tail can simply be flipped back onto the ramp to allow you to close the door. This threshold wheelchair ramp can be left outside and is suitable for manual and electric wheelchairs.

Ramp Length & Load Height

It is crucial for you to know your load height to identify which ramp length you require. The load height is the vertical measurement from the ground to where you rest the ramp onto. 

Once you have the load height you can use our simple ramp length calculator to identify which ramp length you require, alternatively please contact our team.

Manual Wheelchairs:
Minimum recommended gradient: 1:6
Example: for a 1ft load height you'll need a 6ft long ramp.

Mobility Scooters:
Minimum recommended gradient: 1:8 (Ramp needs to be longer due to the low ground clearance)
Example: for a 1ft load height you'll need an 8ft long ramp.

Who can claim VAT exemption?

When VAT exemption may not apply.

We’re committed to helping make accessibility products more affordable. However, VAT exemption is only available in specific cases. You may be required to pay VAT if: The purchase is made by a VAT-registered business, even if it's intended to support a disabled person. The product is for general or shared use (rather than for a single individual), unless it's being bought by a registered charity. The need is related to a temporary condition, such as a short-term injury.

How to apply VAT relief to your purchase

For customers selecting our next day delivery service, the cut-off is 2:00 PM on Wednesday, 16th April.

We’re committed to fast, reliable delivery, with free standard delivery available on all orders to Mainland England, Wales and Southern Scotland. In-stock items usually arrive within 2–3 working days, subject to stock availability, and a Next Day Delivery option is also available.

For larger items, remote locations, or specialist deliveries, we work with trusted couriers to ensure safe and secure delivery. These orders may take a little longer, typically arriving within 5–10 working days.

Where we deliver free of charge...

We offer free delivery on all orders to Mainland England, Wales, and Southern Scotland. Every order is fully trackable, and you’ll receive a tracking link once your item ships from our UK warehouse. 

For other UK locations - including Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, the Highlands, Islands, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands - delivery charges are shown at checkout once your address is entered.

While free delivery is available to most of the UK, some locations may incur a charge. We work hard to keep these costs as low as possible, ensuring you receive reliable and great-value delivery wherever you are.

You can also view them in the table below. For orders to the Channel Isles, VAT on delivery charges will be removed at the checkout.

Delivery time frames

Our deliveries usually take place between 7:00am and 7:00pm, and someone will need to be there to sign for the order. Most next day delivery orders placed before 3:00pm arrive the following working day; however, while we always aim to meet this timeframe, it cannot be guaranteed. If you need something urgently, contact us at: [email protected] - We’re dedicated to ensuring you’re completely satisfied with both our products and service.

If your order is going out on a pallet, the cut-off time might be a little earlier (usually midday) because of courier collection times. Give us a call or email to double check. Please also make sure someone’s available to receive the delivery, as missed pallet deliveries can lead to extra charges.

Change of mind, wrong size or unsuitable item

Item incorrect or damaged on arrival

Upon delivery, please do not sign for the goods unless you are happy with the condition of the product.

We take pride in our service. If something arrives incorrectly or damaged, we’re here to put it right. Before signing for your delivery, please ensure you're happy with the condition of your item. If there’s a problem, contact us right away at 01372 569051. For damaged goods, please email a photo to [email protected] so we can sort things quickly. We’ll verify your order and arrange prompt delivery of the correct item, along with collection of the original if needed. Refunds or replacements will be processed once we’ve received and checked the returned items.

Faulty items

If your item is faulty or develops a fault, we’ll do everything we can to resolve the issue efficiently. Please refer to our warranty terms in our Terms & Conditions for full details. If the fault is confirmed and the item is within warranty, we’ll arrange a repair or replacement. If you need a quick replacement, we recommend placing a new order - your refund will follow once the faulty item is returned and assessed.

Items that cannot be cancelled or returned

While we aim to be flexible, a few items are non-returnable due to their nature or regulatory requirements.

These include:

  • Products marked as “built to order” or customised.
  • Personalised items or those made to your specification.

How to return your item

As the customers, you are responsible for arranging the return of any items to us. You are welcome to use a courier service of your choice; many of our customers find comparison websites such as Parcel2Go helpful for finding competitive delivery rates. We recommend choosing a tracked service for peace of mind and retaining proof of delivery until your return has been fully processed. Unwanted items should be sent back to our address marked 'Returns Department'.

Please download, print and return our completed returns form below and return this along with your item. If you do not have access to a printer, you can simply write the required details out from the form on a piece of paper.

Customers are responsible for any returned goods until they reach our warehouse as stated in this returns policy. None of these terms or conditions affect your statutory legal rights.

Once your item has been returned to our warehouse, please allow 1–2 working days for inspection. If the item’s condition matches the agreed terms, we will issue a credit note via email. After the credit note has been sent, please allow up to 7 days for the refund to be processed.
