Pre-Easter Delivery Cut-off Notice

To ensure your orders arrive in time for Easter, please note that our cut-off time for pre-Easter delivery using our standard delivery option is 2:00 PM on Tuesday, 15th April. Orders placed after this time will be delivered after the Easter break.

For customers selecting our next day delivery service, the cut-off is 2:00 PM on Wednesday, 16th April.

We’re committed to fast, reliable delivery, with in-stock items usually arriving within 2–3 working days, subject to stock availability. Larger or remote deliveries may take 5–10 working days, and a Next Day Delivery option is also available. To ensure safe and secure delivery of larger items, we work with specialised couriers. These deliveries may take a little longer, typically arriving within 5 to 10 working days.

Delivery cut-off times

Place your order by 3:00pm, Monday to Friday for same-day dispatch on our free delivery service, or by 3:00pm for next-day delivery. (Excludes Bank Holidays.)

Where we deliver free of charge...

We offer free delivery on all orders to Mainland England, Wales, and Southern Scotland. Every order is fully trackable, and you’ll receive a tracking link once your item ships from our UK warehouse. 

For other UK locations - including Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, the Highlands, Islands, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands - delivery charges are shown at checkout once your address is entered.

While free delivery is available to most of the UK, some locations may incur a charge. We work hard to keep these costs as low as possible, ensuring you receive reliable and great-value delivery wherever you are.

Free Delivery 2-3 days

Orders placed before 3:00pm will be dispatched the same working day. Orders after 3:00pm will be dispatched the next working day.

Next Day Delivery

Orders placed before 3:00pm will be delivered the next working day. Orders after 3:00pm will be delivered the on subsequent working day.

Saturday Delivery

Orders placed before 3:00 pm on Friday with Saturday delivery selected will arrive on Saturday Orders after 3:00pm will be delivered the on subsequent Saturday.

Delivery information & receipt of goods

We’re committed to ensuring your order arrives on time and in perfect condition. To help us do that, please check your delivery address is correct on your invoice and let us know right away if anything needs updating. When your order arrives, we recommend signing for it, only if you’re happy with its condition. Your satisfaction is very important to us!

Delivery time frames

Our deliveries usually take place between 9:00am and 6:00pm, and someone will need to be there to sign for the order. Most of our Next Day Delivery orders (placed before 3:00pm) arrive the following working day, but as much as we try, we can’t always guarantee it. If you need something urgently, contact us at: hello@theramppeople.co.uk - We’re dedicated to ensuring you’re completely satisfied with both our products and service.

If your order is going out on a pallet, the cut-off time might be a little earlier (usually midday) because of courier collection times. Give us a call or email to double check. Please also make sure someone’s available to receive the delivery, as missed pallet deliveries can lead to extra charges.

Be sure to check the availability info on each product page. For items that are pre-order, custom-made, or not currently in stock, we may not be able to give an exact delivery date - but don’t worry! We’ll keep you updated along the way and make sure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.
